Calculating each group start
Group n starts at the first tee time plus (n−1) times the interval. Use the interval shown by the course.
Shotgun starts or groups split across courses require separate schedules rather than one sequence.
Eight groups from 07:00
With an eight-minute interval, group 2 starts at 07:08 and group 8 at 07:56.
If the front nine takes 130 minutes, the turn 30, and the back nine 130, add 290 minutes to each start for a planning finish.
Arrival and event notices
Publish an arrival time early enough for check-in, group confirmation, photos, and cart movement. Make sure later groups receive the same event instructions.
A useful schedule separates group, players, tee time, projected finish, and meal or awards location.
Limits of finish estimates
Congestion, format, weather, and course operations can change real duration. Treat finish time as a buffered plan, not a guaranteed transport connection.
Course check-in and cart policies always take priority.
