Set the document and recipient
Choose Estimate or Invoice and enter the business, client, document number, and issue date. Replace the sample details with the actual transaction.
Add items and one tax rate
Enter each quantity and pre-tax unit price, then set the document-wide tax rate. The same rate is added to the combined subtotal.
Review the print version
Check notes and totals, then select Print / Save PDF. The new window uses the browser print dialog; a separate action copies a text summary.

A worked example

The same 10% tax is added to both items. If your prices already include tax, establish the correct input basis first.
