Choose a PDF task
In Merge PDFs, choose at least two files. Use the up and down arrows to set the order; the displayed list is merged from top to bottom.
In Extract pages, choose one PDF and enter a selection such as 1-3,5. Original pages 1, 2, 3, and 5 are saved together in one new PDF.
In Reorder pages, identify cards by their Original page number. Drag the handle or use Previous and Next, then select Create reordered PDF and Download PDF.
A worked example
Position and original page number mean different things. After changing the arrangement or removing a page, create the PDF again before downloading.
Choose Reorder pages and load one PDF. Drag a card's Drag to move handle to another position, or use Previous and Next. Original page numbers identify each page; Position shows the new order.
Yes. On a phone, drag the handle or tap Previous and Next. With a keyboard, use Tab to focus a move button and Enter or Space to move the page one position.
Restore original brings back every page in the original order, including removed pages. You must leave at least one page. Your source file is never modified.
Click Create reordered PDF, then Download PDF. The new filename ends in -reordered.pdf. Open it to check the order and page count. If you change the arrangement again, create the PDF again before downloading.
