Set file order before merging
Arrange cover, contents, body, and appendices, and check the first page of each file. Filename order may not match the intended document.
Different page sizes can be merged but may appear inconsistent in width or orientation.
Entering page ranges
Use 1-3 for a continuous range and 1-3,5,8-10 for separate pages. Enter the actual PDF page positions shown in the viewer.
Printed page labels may differ from internal PDF positions, so check the preview and total first.
Source protection and privacy
Merge and split create a new PDF rather than changing the originals. Keep a separate backup for important documents.
Baro Tool processes the task in the browser, but on a shared computer you should remove downloaded results and history afterward.
Verify the finished file
Reopen the download and check first and last pages, total count, order, and rotation. Also confirm any submission size limit.
Passwords, signatures, forms, and embedded attachments may not survive, so validate advanced features with dedicated PDF software.
