Inspect a code’s contents
Choose an image containing the code. If it cannot be read, try a sharp, front-facing image with the full code visible.
Start the camera and allow camera access in your browser. Scanning stops when a code is detected, and you can also stop it yourself.
Check the decoded text or number and its barcode format, then copy it. HTTP and HTTPS addresses get an Open link button; inspect the address before using it.
A worked example
Scanning reads the encoded contents. Opening the link contacts the destination website, so check it first.
