Area and unit prices
Start with measured rooms or a stated area
When you have room dimensions
Use Add room dimensions and enter width, length and unit. Add up to twenty spaces, such as bedrooms and a living room, to total their areas.
When you already know the area
Choose Convert area and select m² or pyeong. When using a listing or contract, first identify whether the figure is private or gross area.
Compare like-for-like prices
Enter a total price to see price per m² and pyeong. Use the same currency and area basis for each property you compare.
A worked example
Add two rectangular rooms

- 4 m × 3 m and 3 m × 3 m
- Check the result
- 21 m² in total, approximately 6.35 pyeong
The calculation adds each rectangle’s width × length. It may differ from a building area that includes walls, columns or common space.
